End User License Agreement

Common

1. "Content" refers to all works, including 3D models, illustrations, fonts, music or sound effect tracks, animations, programs, code, or other digital media works downloaded under this agreement.

2. "Digital assets" means all digital resources used to create "content," including graphics, text, audio, and source code.

3. When you purchase a product from ACON, you obtain a worldwide non-exclusive perpetual license to download, use, copy, publish, modify, promote, license, sell, publicly display, digitally showcase, distribute, and transmit the respective content in both personal and commercial use, based on this agreement. Distributing products through ACON is not selling content but selling licenses to use the purchased products.

4. Using, distributing, or employing the "content" for purposes that violate international and domestic laws, ordinances, regulations, etc., is prohibited.

5. Using, transferring, distributing, or reselling the product in violation of the terms of use may result in legal consequences.

5-1. Examples of prohibited transfers, distributions, or resales:

- The entire product file.

- Some components of the product.

- Captured or extracted images from the product file.

- Images that have undergone simple adjustments such as color or effects after capturing or extracting from the product file.

5-2. Image transfers can be permitted when considered part of the creative process.

6. You can modify this product or use it in conjunction with other "digital assets." However, you must hold the rights or copyright for all the "digital assets" used together.

7. "Personal license" is an usage right for a single user.

8. "Shared license" is an usage right for products with direct or indirect usage by two or more parties within the content creation process.

8-1. "Shared license" consists of " Single Use Shared License" and "Business License."

9. "Business License" is divided into a 5-time usage license and a perpetual usage license, depending on the number of content works produced.

10. "Business Perpetual License" allows product usage regardless of the number of content creations, but only when the purchaser exclusively owns the copyright to the work.

10-1. It can be used only when the purchaser fully owns the copyright to the work.

10-2. If the purchaser does not own the full copyright to the work, the product purchased under the "Business Perpetual License" cannot be used in the creation process.

11. "Assistant worker" refers to individuals or assistants within the same group, receiving commissions from the copyright holder for outsourcing tasks, providing support within the content creation process, etc.

11-1. If an "assistant worker" purchases the product for outsourcing or similar tasks, they should buy it under a "Shared License."

11-2. If an external client buys the product to provide it to an "assistant worker," it should be purchased under a "Shared License."

11-3. "Assistant workers" cannot use the received products outside the scope of their assignments, and legal consequences may follow if used beyond the permitted range.

12. Due to the nature of intangible goods, downloaded products are non-refundable.

13. Purchased products are available for download immediately after payment completion. However, responsibility for downloading, storage, and management rests with the buyer after three months from the payment completion date.

1. "Video" refers to films, broadcasts, advertisements, animations, online upload content (such as YouTube, personal social media, etc.), and streaming (such as Twitch), among others.

2. For online upload content and streaming services, the "Title of the Work" should be designated with your channel name, and one channel is defined as equivalent to one work.

2.1. If you upload to more than two channels you own, you must purchase a "Shared Usage License."

3. When uploading content recorded through streaming to the creator's own workspace online, no additional purchase is required.

3.1. If streaming-recorded content is uploaded to areas outside the creator's workspace, a usage license must be purchased separately for each area.

Example: In the case of a collaborative stream, purchasing by the owner of the channel being broadcast is sufficient. However, when uploading the recorded video of the collaborative stream to the individual channels of each participant, a separate purchase is required for each channel.

4. For films, broadcasts, animations, etc., series works with the same title are considered as a single work, allowing access to all series of that work.

4.1. However, if the copyright owner changes, it is not considered the same work.

5. For films, broadcasts, and animations, works are distinguished based on the title, and even if the publication channel is the same, a separate usage license must be purchased for each individual work.
